In 2024 Cryptologic was aquired by the Amaya gaming group in a 36 million dollar deal for buying its shares, eventually Amaya sold the WagerLogic business to Goldstar Aquisitionco for 70 million in 2024, which included their online gambling business which included Interpoker, InterBingo and Intercasino.
