We know that Las Vegas, Nevada is one of the most well known Casino Hot Spots in the world, but what about some other areas? Let us take a look at some lesser known casino hot spots, and what they have to offer gamblers. According to Casino City Times, the top ten Gambling places are: Connecticut: Though it is not a popular area in New England, it is home to two of the best casinos in the country, located within 30 minutes of each other, and almost smack dab in the middle of New York City and Boston. Foxwoods Casino has one of the world’s largest poker rooms, and the other casino Mohegan Sun has great accommodations and high end shopping. Bahamas: Definitely a hot vacation spot for many, the islands have great casino accommodations to make it gambling paradise for any and all. Las Angeles: Most of the World Series of Poker winners have come from Los Angeles, and there are plenty of casinos down the coast. There’s enough casino action here to make Vegas almost have a run for their money. France: Despite the fact that this country is one of the leading rivals against online gambling, this country is full of casinos, (about 450 different ones, according to a recent survey) and will make any gambler very happy! Mississippi: This is considered the birthplace of American gambling, and very rightfully so. The state is definitely a gambler’s paradise.
