Suits don’t get any importance in blackjack and the sum of a hand is the total value of the cards. When the sum is lower than 21, the ace is valued 11. If the sum is over 21, the ace is valued at one. Ace with value of 11 is considered a soft hand; ace with a value of one is considered a hard hand.

 Before you begin playing blackjack online, you will have to encash your money for chips. The dealer will give all the player the chips and then all players including you will place bets on the table. Every player will be dealt two cards and one card of the dealer will be open for all players, while the 2^nd card will remain hidden. As a player, your cards are either hidden, shown, or a combination of these.

 If you are unhappy with you card, you can hit and the dealer will give you another card. If you are happy with your hand, you can motion this to the dealer by waving your hand over the cards. If you have two similar cards then you can divide the pair and get the chance to make another bet equal to the first bet you made, and this allows you to play twice.
